Step 01

Consultation.

Video first. Send us photos of the room, tell us how you use it, and share any inspiration. We come back with two or three directions in a follow-up call.

Step 02

Design.

We draw the piece to your room. Measurements, silhouette, arm profile, cushion firmness, leg finish. Everything is on the table until you approve.

Step 03

Fabric.

Real swatches ship within two business days. We narrow it together, then send larger cuts of the finalists. The customer touches every fabric before it goes into build.

Step 04

Build.

Ten to fourteen weeks. The build happens in the same American workrooms we have used for decades. Photos at each milestone if you'd like them.

Step 05

Delivery.

White-glove delivery, in-home placement, and a personal walk-through. Then a lifetime of support. Reupholstery, refinishing, and repairs are always available.

A Word on Lead Times

Great furniture can't be rushed.

Most commissions take ten to fourteen weeks from fabric approval to delivery. Full custom pieces. Live-edge slabs, hand-inlaid game tables, one-of-one Chesterfields. Can take sixteen to twenty weeks.

If your project has a specific delivery date. A housewarming, a holiday, a wedding. Tell us at the first call. We plan the build backwards from your target.
